Jackie's relentless drive soon saw her back at American General, this time climbing the ranks in the finance division from Customer Service Representative to Branch Manager. Under her leadership, her branch, notable for its all-female staff—a rarity at the time—excelled, achieving over a million dollars in outstanding loans in its first year alone.
